Assessments run 45-60 minutes and take place right in your building. We'll start off by collecting some information about you, your exercise history, and your fitness goals. Then we'll measure your weight and body composition, identify your ideals, craft a plan, and set a timeline to get you there. Next we'll perform some basic strength tests to identify any deficiencies or imbalances for us to key in on during program design. Finally, we'll educate you on how our programs work and get your first session booked with one of our top-rated nationally accredited Certified Personal Trainers!
