Contest dates: November 15 - February 15
Contest details: Residents will have the option to work with a trainer 3-12 times per month. We will focus on nutrition, cardio, and strength training, with an emphasis on overall fat loss. A personal calorie and macro nutritional guide will be designed for each entrant so you know how and what to eat for maximum results. Off day workout instruction will be provided for days that you’re not meeting with your trainer. A stack rank will be distributed via email every 4 weeks so you can see where you are in the rankings.
How to win: Whichever resident loses the biggest % of body fat will win $1,000 CASH!*
How to enter: Click the “START TRAINING!” tab above. Fill out the contact form. We will reach out via email to set up your personal Fitness Assessment where we'll record your initial reading. Contest entry and all training sessions take place at your building. We'll meet you at the front door and use the common/lounge area.
*Results will be based on total percentage of fat loss. For example, starting at 20% body fat and ending at 10% = 50% of fat loss.
