16 week Summer Shred Challenge - $1,500 CASH PRIZE


Contest entry period:  March 15 - April 15


Details:  Residents will enroll in the training program of their choice with the option to work with a trainer anywhere from 3-12 times per month.  Your trainer will focus on nutrition, cardio, and strength training with an emphasis on weight loss.  Off day workout instruction will be provided for days that you’re not meeting with your trainer.


How to win:  The contest will run April 1 - July 31.  Whichever client (current or new) loses the biggest % of weight will win $1,500 CASH!  


How to enter:  Click the “Schedule Assessment” tab.  Fill out the contact form.  In the “Fitness Goals” section write “Summer Shred Challenge”.

Details:  Residents will enroll in the training program of their choice with the option to work with a trainer anywhere from 3-12 times per month.  Your trainer will focus on nutrition, cardio, and strength training with an emphasis on fat loss.  Off day workout instruction will be provided for days that you’re not meeting with your trainer.


How to Win:  The contest will run January 1 - March 31.  Whichever client (current or new) loses the biggest % of body fat from January 1 - March 31 will win $2,000 CASH!.  


How to enter:  Click the “Schedule Assessment” tab.  Fill out the contact form.  In the “fitness goals” section write “New Years Challenge”.
