Contest entry period: June 20 - June 30
Details: Residents will enroll in the training program of their choice with the option to work with a trainer anywhere from 2-12 times per month. Your trainer will focus on nutrition, cardio, and strength training with an emphasis on fat loss. Off day workout instruction will be provided for days that you’re not meeting with your trainer.
How to win: The contest will run July 1 - September 30. Whichever client loses the biggest % of body fat will win $500 CASH!
How to enter: Click the “Schedule Assessment” tab. Fill out the contact form. In the “Fitness Goals” section write “Summer Shred Challenge”.
